DELL的电脑也出现过这个问题，这是我在DELL论坛找到的，也是出现同样的问题：
Finally fixed the problem, i just call Dell and had them replaced the motherboard

took a few step to prove that it is indeed the mb problem, i ran a few test on the memory, kept telling me memory problem, memory is fine

a bit of tip here, most problem i ran across ends up fixing the problem by replacing the mb, from power issue to memory and others

我的是B97, windows server 2003, 没有任何杀毒软件。仅仅加了1条 KST 533 1, 原来内存没动。
好像没有错误代码（或者忘了，当时赶着去看 金刚, 没来得及记下来)

谢谢各位。
不过我这个仅仅出了一次问题，并且是在 Hibernating 的时候。所以无所谓啦，只要不继续出现，就不管他了。毕竟，现在笔记本正在 磨合期
